Prices vary depending on how many guests you're expecting. Small gatherings of 50 guests and under may cost $1,500 to $2,500. Larger parties for 75 people or more may cost between $2,500 to $3,500. These prices include all the alcohol, drinkware, service, and travel. You'll also get 2 licensed bartenders who will serve your guests and clean up, so you won't have to. The booking price can be less or more depending on your drink and drinkware selections, service hours, and location. Absolutely! No event is too small or too large for us. Just fill out our custom quote page to the best of your ability, and we will get in contact with you regarding your event.

Because of our liquor license, we can legally serve any type of alcohol at your special event. This includes liquor, beer, and wine. Special drink requests are subject to an upcharge. For example, top-shelf liquor only, champagne toasts, and wine service with chilled white wine are all subject to an extra fee.

Yes! Whether you want a mixed menu or a fully non-alcoholic selection, we can accommodate your drink preferences. We can provide lemonade, iced teas, fruit punches, cold brew coffee, and more. Whatever you're thinking, don't hesitate to ask.

We can legally provide alcohol service in the entire state of California. However, we are primarily located in San Diego. Events outside of San Diego County are subject to a travel fee based on distance.

Yes. Bev Bus & Co has a liquor license. All our bartenders are RBS-certified. We also have a seller's permit. If desired, we can operate as a cash bar at your event. Book us for any private event: weddings, corporate events, baby showers, birthday parties, engagement parties; you name it, we'll serve it! Please note that public events are subject to permits and other limitations. However, we can assist you in finding out the eligibility of our service for any event.

Yes, a small power fee is added to the booking price if power is not accessible within 100 ft. of our vehicle's set-up spot.

Currently, we are not handling food in any capacity, but we're friends with many food catering businesses. Ask us for catering recommendations.
